I have been using this reel for over ten years here in the U.K, and it fits the bill perfectly for Salmon fishing on the Rivers Tweed, Lune, Tay etc. I use the 12/13 model, and my wife uses the 10/11 version.

Never a problem with any of them (we have six on the go for Floating/Intermediate/Sinking lines), and would recommend them unreservedly to anyone - the major problem will be when we need to replace any of them because they are not marketed on this side of the pond, and expensive to ship from the States.
