I live 5 mins from the Atlantic ocean fish almost every day that the line dosn't freeze in the guides I have owned several of these reels
and never had one fail fish mostly strippers and blue fish
if the customer service on these reels is any thing their flylines
I can't say enough good things about them

I use a System2 model 1011,I fish for 5 months of the year for pelagics,on the Gulf of Carpentaria,Northen Territory,Aussie.
I fish every day,came sunshine,came hail,. My System 2 is coupled up to a 10wt Sage.I have NO problem taking a full blood run, from a 15Kg GT (Golden travelly) or a Queen,Spanish,I have taken a 14Lbs Tiger fish in Namibia (Chobe river) I do recomend you carry a extra set of brake pads,they sametimes burn out,on a few repetetive runs of 80/90 meter from sailfish(cape bowling green,Queensland)
I have 3 spare spools,all riged up,full sinker (fast) floater,and semi sinker,forgett about the big bucks reels get yourself a good unexpenssive System 2 Cheers Manny
