I have this on my all-around 4/5 wt. on a Lamson reel and it's easily my favorite set up.

Good distance, but not hard to cast short distance (we have a lot of that around here), mends well, exceeds my expectations everywhere else.

A little spendy, but am planning on putting it on a 7 ft. 3 wt. this spring also.

This line is awesome. It shoots incredibly well, floats really high on the water, and mends like a dream. It's really supple as well. I did notice after a day of fishing that my finger was sore from stripping in the line all day because of the texture. This is a small sacrifice for such a great line. I can't afford this line for every rod, but I highly recommend it for a rod that you use frequently.

Just tried this line for the first time this year. I thought that the high tech 'shark skin texture' was just a gimmic to market the product... but, It is really amazing - all the claims are true. The price is too high to make it practical to string up all my rods. If you have one favorite rod, and you do a lot of trout fishing, it's worth the investment.

Excellent twine for major rivers, is easily lifted from the water as much as 20 meters, mending was an incredible, flying like a rocket, and, best when you casting no water splashing around
